When do you start?+−
We're targeting a launch in the coming weeks. By joining the Founders Circle, you'll be the first to know the exact date and the first on our schedule.
Is this a contract?+−
No. Even as a Founder, you can pause or cancel at any time. The "lifetime lock" simply means your price will never increase as long as you stay on the schedule. No early termination fees, ever.
What's the neighbor rate exactly?+−
If you live in Jefferson Park, Whiskey Creek, or the immediate surrounding streets, you're literally on the route from my driveway. Since I'm not burning fuel to get to you, you pay $30/quarter for life — $5 less than the standard founder rate. Just enter your neighborhood when reserving and we'll confirm.
What if I'm out of town or my bin isn't at the curb?+−
No problem. If your bin isn't accessible on service day, we'll skip it and clean it the following cycle. We don't charge for missed cleanings. For long absences, let us know and we'll pause your service entirely.
What chemicals do you use? Are they safe for pets and kids?+−
We use commercial-grade biodegradable degreasers and a citrus-based deodorizer. The hot water (170°F+) does most of the disinfection work — chemicals are minimal and rinsed thoroughly. Everything is pet-safe and child-safe by the time the bin is returned.
What happens to the dirty water?+−
All wastewater is captured to a sealed tank on our trailer at the moment of cleaning. Nothing runs onto your lawn, your driveway, or into a storm drain. Wastewater is hauled away and disposed of through a sanitary sewer connection — fully compliant with Florida DEP and federal Clean Water Act regulations.
What about hurricane season?+−
During named storms or active warnings, service is paused for safety. We resume on the next normal cycle and don't charge for missed cleanings. After major storms, we offer post-storm deep cleans for bins that have been through floodwater.
How will I pay once you launch?+−
Card on file, charged automatically after each cleaning. You'll get a receipt every time. We accept all major cards through Stripe. No charges happen until your first cleaning is complete.
